Welcome to Accounting Services.

This area provides financial information and processing to students, faculty, staff and vendors. Our goals are

• to support the university in its mission by ensuring its fiscal stability
• to support the university's commitment to the total community through fiscal accountability and
• to provide administrative support services that effectively promote the mission of the University

The mission of Accounting Services is to maintain effective and efficient internal controls which ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Accounting Services is responsible to the Vice Chancellor for processing all disbursements in an accurate and timely fashion, ensuring that all funds are properly receipted, accounted for, safeguarded, and deposited in an accurate and timely manner.

The Director of Accounting Services, along with the Assistant Director of Accounting Services, coordinates the accounting function for the University. The Director of Accounting Services provides supervision for the following areas:

• Bursar and Cashiering
• Accounts Payable
• Travel Office
• Student Accounts Receivable
