Telecom Services

Greetings and welcome to Telecommmunications Services. This unit provides broad telephone telecommunications operations for the University and the two ancillary sites - Downtown Metro and AeroSpace Centers.

The main goal of Telecom Services is to focus on providing the University with the most modern technological telecommunications system to meet the demands of the University to communicate with the community and the students.

The objective of Telecom Services is to provide telephone service at a moment's notice when needed, and to minimize down time in communicating with their callers.

The unit is responsible for distributing the mail, ordering cell phones, pagers, cable television service, verifying charges on the telephone bill, operation of the switchboard, and making broadcast messages to the staff at the University.
